Big Ideas:

  • God chooses Bezalel to be the artist who will build everything needed for the Tabernacle. God says, “I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability, and knowledge in all kinds of crafts.”

  • He also chooses the artist Oholiab to help Bezalel.

  • God reminds Israel to observe the Sabbath.

  • When He finishes speaking, God gives the law to Moses on two stone tablets.

Jesus in This Chapter:

I really can’t find a Jesus connection in this chapter. But it’s God loving on some artists, and that makes me happy.
